Product Exchanges and Refunds:
All products sold can be returned to Hearing Resources within
30-days of purchase should the product be found to be
unsatisfactory, to difficult to use, or not meeting the needs for
which it was bought. The product can be exchanged for a
product that more closely will meet the person's requirements or for
a refund. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of being
received by Hearing Resources. There is a 10% restocking
charge deducted on all products returned and shipping charges are
never refunded. Items to qualify for an exchange or refund
must be in good condition, less normal wear, and must include the
original paperwork and packaging in good shape. Items that
have been abused, show excessive wear, been damaged due to power
surges and other forces outside of normal wear will not be refunded
but will be sent to the manufacturer for their determination if the
product can be repaired under warranty and then returned to the
customer.
To return a product you will need to get a Return Authorization
Number which will need to be printed on the outside of the shipping
box. The date used to determine the cancelation cutoff date is
the date the Request for a Return Authorization Number is made.
Warranty Policies:
Hearing Resources is a retail outlet for Hearing Assistive
Technology (HAT) products. We are not a repair or warranty
center. All products we sell come with a manufacturer limited
warranty. Different manufacturers have different warranty
policies and you should contact the product manufacturer or read
your owners manual on the product for exact details regarding length
of warranty, warranty repair centers, etc. Hearing Resources
will exchange any defective product sold by us during the first
30-days of use. If when we check the product there is found to
be no defect or the problem was caused by misuse or improper
installation Hearing Resources will charge you shipping to have the
product returned to you. If the product is found to be
defective there will be no shipping charge to send you a working
product.
